Coordinate recurring entry with the site team
Give the rental contact the approved approach, visiting window and person who handles check-in. Have the proposal identify cleaning and supplies along with equipment. The person supervising access should know how the arrangement works even when the ordering contact is elsewhere.
Close the loop on schedule changes
Report shifts in crew size, dates or entry procedures and ask for confirmation of any revised service. Keep a backup contact for concerns. Review the collection request process before the job ends; the supplier may not receive updates sent only among contractors.
Delivery admission and service-day coordination
Build sanitation into the project schedule
Separate the first day workers need facilities from the supplier’s proposed delivery appointment. Share site opening hours, induction or admission requirements and the contact who can approve placement. Explain later phases so the equipment arrangement can be reviewed when the work area or number of users changes.
Does approval for the first delivery cover recurring visits?
Not necessarily: a receiving appointment and ongoing supplier admission may be handled differently by the property. Have the site contact explain both before the schedule is agreed. If check-in, a gate contact or permitted visiting hours change, notify the rental provider rather than assuming instructions given to another contractor reach them.
