Place washing outside the vehicle workflow
Describe where people need to wash and how loading or parking uses the same area. Choose a reachable position with the site contact and retain room for replenishment. A separate station may support users independently of toilet use, so its location deserves a separate decision.
Make the support arrangement explicit
Ask about the offered station’s water, soap, towels and wastewater handling. Explain shifts or concentrated event periods when discussing attention during the rental. Confirm who reports a shortage and which replenishment is included, rather than assuming the original supply covers every period of use.
Useful washing locations and replenishment
Place sinks where they will be used
Consider the route out of the toilets and the activities needing washing. Leave room for people without narrowing an accessible approach or obstructing a work area. Supplier access must remain possible after tables, barriers or vehicles arrive. Check the actual unit dimensions rather than assuming every freestanding sink is identical.
What if the washing station serves people outside the restroom area?
Include those users in the enquiry rather than treating the station only as an accessory to the cabins. Explain where they approach from and when demand concentrates. Discuss supplies and replenishment for that separate pattern, with a named person to report concerns; a sanitizer dispenser does not provide soap-and-water washing.
