Start at the receiving procedure
Explain the approved service entrance, check-in contact and any restricted vehicle route. Ask the property team to approve the facility position before delivery. Share private access details only through the agreed channel; a public page or URL should not carry credentials.
Separate ordinary facilities from specialist provision
Describe shifts and permanent restroom access when discussing portable toilets and washing. Do not assume these rentals replace emergency washing, decontamination or other specialist systems. Have the appropriate site team assess those requirements while keeping routine sanitation and servicing clearly defined.
Ordinary sanitation within a controlled site
Keep facilities outside conflicting movements
Review placement with the responsible site representative. Account for loading, vehicle routes, emergency access and the users’ approach. Standard rental equipment is not automatically suitable for hazardous or specialised processes. Have any model-specific or safety requirements reviewed by the appropriate responsible party.
What should a purchasing contact avoid assuming?
Do not assume the billing address is the delivery entrance or that normal supplier check-in applies to every visit. Have the site representative supply the approved access procedure and any equipment restrictions. Review specialist process requirements separately: a standard toilet or handwash rental is not an emergency-washing or decontamination system.
