Distinguish a standalone unit from vehicle servicing
Explain who needs extra facilities and what is missing from the current arrangement. A portable toilet enquiry does not automatically include an RV pump-out or utility connection. State those tasks separately and have the business confirm the actual scope it can supply.
Fit the rental into the property’s access rules
Ask the operator where the equipment can stand and when a supplier may enter. Review use, supplies, service and removal for the standalone facility. Keep its rental period distinct from the vehicle booking and discuss changes before relocating equipment.
A standalone facility alongside a vehicle stay
Review the property rules
Check with the campground or property owner before planning temporary facilities. Describe the vehicle approach and where the cabin would stand without blocking movement. Include washing, accessible needs and the people using the setup. A parking reservation alone does not establish permission for additional equipment.
What if the vehicle leaves before collection?
Arrange who will remain responsible for the rented unit and supplier access, with the property operator’s agreement. Confirm the end of use and request collection through the stated process. A separate portable toilet is not automatically linked to vehicle departure, and it should not be moved to another stop without the rental provider’s instructions.
