Keep the unit out of a changing vehicle route
Ask the property supervisor which positions remain usable throughout the rental. Consider materials and deliveries expected later rather than only the clear space visible now. Explain the surface and obstacles so the rental business can assess the approach for the actual equipment.
Name the contact for operational changes
If entry procedures, dates or shifts change, someone should report them before an agreed visit is affected. Keep the accepted order available to that person. Discuss washing, service and collection explicitly instead of treating the delivery as the entire rental arrangement.
Does the position still work for the next phase?
Review the planned storage and parking changes with the site supervisor. A cabin needs space for use as well as placement, and a service vehicle may require a different approach from pedestrians. Request instructions for any relocation instead of shifting the unit with equipment already on site.
