Check the boundary of the booked or working space
Ask the property contact which bathrooms and entrances your group may use. Do not count a nearby facility without confirming availability and hours. Review permission for temporary equipment and show its proposed position before the layout is finalised.
Keep the comparison practical
Ask which features the actual cabin includes and whether separate washing is needed. A trailer requires additional access and utility review. Confirm supplies, service and removal alongside the unit choice so the proposal describes a complete arrangement for that space.
Which existing bathrooms may your group actually use?
Confirm the facilities included with the booked or working area and their available hours. A nearby bathroom outside that arrangement may not be an option for your group. Describe the remaining need before comparing cabins, washing and trailers, with approval for the added equipment recorded separately.
