Make the receiving role clear
Name the person who knows the approved equipment position and can resolve an entry question. Give that contact the actual order and approach instructions before the visit. The person opening the gate should not have to guess where an unfamiliar unit or trailer belongs.
Keep sanitation aligned with the working pattern
Explain shifts, breaks and existing bathroom access. Discuss washing and service for the likely busiest period, with a way to review changes. Preserve the agreed route after work ends and request pickup through the stated process rather than assuming the supplier knows the site has closed.
How will a new shift learn the service arrangement?
Keep a concise handover with the approved position, access contact and reporting process. Tell the rental provider when the person admitting visits changes. Distinguish a staff shift change from a supplier schedule change; both sides need an agreed update if the existing visit window no longer works.
